Search for the material in our Online Catalog (OPAC) and note its title or code. Then go to the circulation desk at the Library and request it with your valid library card. Remember to return the material on time to avoid penalties (see the Library regulations).
No. To borrow any library material you need a valid library card. The card is now digital, with a QR code, and is processed entirely online (see the next question).
The card is now digital: register online at sacdbc.unas.edu.pe (students, lecturers, administrative staff, graduates and visitors). The Library will review your request and notify you by email; your QR-code card will be in the app. Nothing to download: it opens in your browser. When it is about to expire, revalidate it from the same app with your ID. Full information at Digital Library Card.
Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Hours may vary depending on the academic term; check our social media.
Reading rooms, borrowing with a valid card, WiFi and access to the virtual libraries have no additional cost for the university community. Some special services, such as Cataloging-in-Publication, have a fee established in the Regulations, payable at the UNAS cashier. Check current fees at the Library Directorate or via contact.
