The Central Library modernizes one of its most requested procedures: the library card is no longer issued by hand. Since July 2026, UNAS students can register online and get their digital card with a QR code on their phone.

The new Digital Card Management System (SACD) works as a web application at sacdbc.unas.edu.pe. The process is simple:

• Register online with your student details — no lines, no paperwork.
• Library staff validate and approve your request.
• You receive your digital card with a QR code, always available on your phone.
• When you enter the library, your attendance is logged by scanning your QR at the entrance station.
• Card expired? Use the "Revalidate my card" button in the same app.

You do not need to download anything: it opens in your browser and, if you wish, you can add it to your phone's home screen. With the digital card you access all library services: loan of library material, study areas, computer lab and the new BIBLIOTECA-WIFI network.
